| Job Description |
Candidate must have strong industry and platform experience with Centura’s, Endura’s or Mattson’s, and can work autonomously on tasks required to execute projects and deliver products to our customers. Position requires candidate to be capable of serving in a project engineering role or leadership role. Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft suite of Office products. |

Duties |
- Leadership
- Ensure risks and barriers that affect project progress are escalated for necessary support.
- Follow directives and initiatives as required supporting ancillary tasks and projects within the facility.
- Communication
- Document daily work activities, installation directives and troubleshooting, processes
- Follow all standard communication procedures as outlined in standard business practices, such as material requisitions, and field support documentation.
- Project Execution
- Perform task as required to deliver projects successfully.
- Facilities Management
- Maintain and care for company assets including ownership of your own work area organization and general cleanliness.

Responsibilities |
- Leadership
- Take ownership for projects and act as a project lead as assigned.
- Act as leader to junior engineers, train engineers to be effective and productive members of the team.
- Ensure risks and barriers that affect project progress are escalated for necessary support.
- Follow directives and initiatives as required to support ancillary tasks and projects within the facility
- Communication
- Conduct weekly project reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational support of project objectives and execution.
- While performing startup activities, maintain daily communication and complete internal documentation as required to support installation activity
- Project Execution
- Develop project build specification upon completion of sales orientation and order receipt.
- Interact with customers to gain acceptance of project scope of work.
- Develop and maintain project schedule for manufacturing and installation phases of project delivery.
- Evaluate and manage project risks and escalate as necessary in order to keep the project on-schedule.
- Develop and project build and installation schedules.
