Controller
Job Purpose

This position will report directly to the President and will be primarily responsible for supporting the management team from an overall financial, strategic and operational perspective along with direct responsibility for our Finance team, made up of 3 employees, with their day-to-day financial activity.

Duties
  • Ensuring all monthly financial reporting requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing meaningful financial information and analysis to the Board of Directors and site management teams
  • Reviewing and presenting the monthly forecasts submitted by the respective departments and researching any issues represented by the forecasts
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial systems used by the group to run the business
  • Ensuring that all departments are in compliance with company financial policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles
  • Acting as the main interface between both internal and external audit, including scheduling for all interim and year-end audit activities
  • Cost accounting including standard cost development and variance analysis
  • Implementing and coordinating an annual budget process
  • That includes assuring all expenditures are supported by an approved Capital Appropriations
Skills/Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership skills and strong manufacturing and cost experience
  • 7+ years of in-depth manufacturing and cost accounting experience, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Must have experience using an ERP program, MAS90 experience a plus.
